Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ogeh Creations. We value your support and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

 

1. Personalised Items

Because personalised and custom-made items are made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • Customised mugs, tumblers, keyrings, bags, etc.
  • Items with personalised names, messages, dates, photos, or designs
  • Made-to-order products

 

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will replace it at no cost.

Please send clear photos to info@ogehcreations.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order.


2. Non-Personalised Items

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item
  • A damaged item
  • An item with a manufacturing mistake

Please email info@ogehcreations.co.za with:

  1. Photos of the item
  2. Your order number
  3. A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue with a replacement, or store credit.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for eligible non-custom items) will reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

 

 


Exchange Policy

1. Personalised Items

 

We cannot exchange personalised products, as they are made specifically to your instructions.

This includes:

  • Name-printed items
  • Custom messages
  • Image uploads


 

2. Exchanges for Non-Personalised Items

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • Packaging is intact
  • You provide proof of purchase

Shipping costs for sending the item back and sending a new one out are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Exchanges for Faulty Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival:

  • We will exchange the item at no cost
  • You must notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details
