Shipping policy

1. Production Time

Because our products are handcrafted and personalised, please allow:

• 2–4 working days for production. We aim to complete it in less. 

 

2. Delivery Time

We courier nationwide in South Africa.

Estimated delivery:

• Major cities: 1–3 working days
• Regional / outlying areas: 3–5 working days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A tracking number
• Courier updates (where available)

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Location
• Weight of the order
• Courier service selected

 

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to:

• Incorrect address entered
• Incomplete address
• No one available to receive the parcel

The cost of re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

We will assist in tracking parcels, but we do not take responsibility for courier delays outside our control.
